Ed Taylor: Calendar

Wow! What a fun Show. I have not played solo guitar and sang in quite sometime. It seems that in the last few years, I have been so busy, that I forgotten about that part of my act.  Perhaps those of you who were there will see it again soon.

Thanks to the band, KWJZ, Snqualmie, Ruben, Prez the sound and light engineer, my guest Heather Rayburn and all the fantastic smooth jazz fan's at the Wine Down Wednesday event for making feb 17th, 2010 a special event.  Everyone was in the show from the begining. Pushing back the tables so they could dance and enjoy themselves. Also, I appreciate sincerely, the returning fan's who continue to buy my CD's. and support and look for ways to help me continue in my endeavors to pursue my art form. I look forward to seeing you all again real soon.

The first annual Welton Smooth Jazz Festival was a success in every sense of the word. I can't help but thank the promoters, Ray & Dena Brown for thinking enough of me, following shows, doing a fantastic job of putting together and organizing the festival and booking me as the headliner for their first festival. I look forward to coming back and performing on their festival again, Oct. 14 15 & 16 at the Yuma Fair Grounds. Also I want to Thank Mark and Doug for their fantastic performance as well as Mark Reynolds at KWAC Radio. Maybe I'll see you all there in Oct.

Hey jazzers, Thanks for your support at the Snoqualmie Casino. Jeff Kashiwa was Fabulous especially when he and Mark were doing solos' together. Overall, I was a happy camper because, Doug, Eugene, Mark Jeff and Myself had nothing but big fun that night. I will be back Feb. 17th, with Heather Rayburn as my guest. First off, the sno lounge is a fantastic venue, very clean and Ruben and Peter were great as sound and productions engineers. The audience was great. Suz was great and she is bring many many people back with her on Jan. 27th, when Jeff Kashiwa is my special guest. Ms Heather Rayburn was great. what a voice and she performed some grammy winning songs.  She is definately ready to strut her struff on the big stage. The band, what can I tell you. Doug barnett on the bass, Eugene Bien on the keys and Mark Arrington on the Drums. We did not need anyone else that night. The smooth jazz and the Funk was just rolling off the stage. One of the fans said "we need to get some cups that say "Funk Catchers" on them to catch all the funk coming off the stage.  In addtion to all of that Chris Catanzaro and Cindy Geldorf were fantastic from KWJZ 98.9. Thanks a lot for helping with my CD's. Also, Mr. Steve Mills DJ from KWJZ was fantastic as MCEE and overall host.  Mark your calendars for Jan 27th and come out and See us again with the Fantastic Jeff Kashiwa on Sax. You will not be disappointed as he has performed with the Rippingtons and as a solo artist.

Our show at Merende was a sucess in that smooth jazz fans in the south sound really appreciated us and my special guest, Teddy Dortch was on fire. check us out at Merende.

Mark Arrington, John Roberts and myself had a great time parting at the Green Turtle Restaurant. The food was the best and we played our hearts out.

Last Friday's show was special, because it was a success and it was our maiden voyage for music at the bay at Shenanigan's. Everyone enjoyed themselves and a DVD has been produced. Eventually, it will be released. You can however view it at Shenanigan's

Well, all, including the audience had a funky good time. Darren had such a good time, after he dropped in and played the entire night with Patrick Lamb. Everyone in the entire place had an opportunity to hear Patrick, Darren and Myself up close and personal. Sunday night Darren Motamedy tore the place up. We had a special suprise appearance by Ms. Josephine Howell, vocalist for the Paul Richards band. She blew the place away. Thanks everyone and I will see you all again.

Springfield, MA was off the chain. Mr. Marcus Johnson, piano player from Washington DC was off the chain. WEIB FM 106.3 Radio broke our CD Songs From A Taylor" Along the North East Coast . Gina, AJ, Carol,Kim,Bruce,Vin and all the rest thanks for all that you have done. Our performance at the Spingfield Holiday Inn Panorama room, was a joy and a success. I will up load the photos on my website, when I get time.

was one of our best, the fans were into it and every seat, upstairs and down were reserved and it was a good time to be had buy all. Thanks to all and especially smooth jazz 98.9 Fm.

What a wonderful show at the HG Bistro. first off, thanks to all you wonderful people who showed up and bought CD's. I can't thank you enought.

THank all of you so much for making the James Brown Jazzy tibute a success. All of us in TaylorMade really had a good time with the hardest working man in Show business. Also, We sold a number of CD's and we really appreciate your support. Keep it coming.

Lastnights gig was smoking. I would like to Thank Kim & Neil, Karen lewis, Tom Montante, Rob and host of others for your support.

What a show. All of the bands were fantastic. Thanks to the Swiss, Ernst Jasmin of the TNT, John Larson of the Tacoma Weekly, Kim, Austin and all the fun people that we met and had a good time with.

Last night we had a fantastic time at the 54th. Not only did we have Allen Lynn on the Drums, but Dean Sharperlees joined us on the Congo's. Ameeged was nice(I hope I spelled that name correctly) Maybe she will sing next time. However, Parchester village was nice. Oh and Thanks to Carrol who sang with us as well. What a show. We will look forward to seeing you next time.

First off, thanks to all those wonderful people who emailed me with nice notes, because they were unable to get into the HG Bistro. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We were not expecting such a turn out. It was a big thing for us. Come on Standing room only and approximately 50 people were turn away. That is a milestone in our history as group. Regretablely, some were not able to get in, but please email the HG Bistro at www.hgbistro.com or call them at (253) 845-5747 and we will see about getting us rescheduled for two shows in the evening.

However, we did have a great time. Keven Englund was in perfect form on the Trumpet and Dennis Blackmon just went all the way off the white and Black key on the hammon B-3. What a show. Again, thank you wonderful folks who stuck around. I thank you for your support.

We really had a fun loving time. Everyone was pleasently surprize when we cranked up our music. We sold some CD's and gained some new ones on our email list. Dennis was just cookin. The man could not be stopped. Tom, was in fine form as well. What a nice time to for all to have, when you see musicans improvising like we did.
